Hotel accommodations

There are two ways to make reservations and receive the conference rate:

Please note that the discounted rooms are available on a first come-first served basis and will sell out quickly. Additionally, after September 15, the hotel will accept reservations on a space and rate availability basis.

Hotel rates

Specially priced room rates for the conference are:
  • Single occupancy: $279 per room, per night
  • Double occupancy: $289 per room, per night

There is an additional charge of $20 per person, per night, for the third and fourth occupant. Room rates are subject to 13.375% city/state tax and $3.50 occupancy tax. The above rates may not be available after September 15.

Guest rooms are equipped with a variety of hotel amenities to meet your needs. As a guest, you will have access to an on-site fitness center as well as 24-hour room service and the famed Madison Lounge and Roosevelt Grill.

Hotel policies

  • Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking
  • Check in time is 3:00 p.m.; check out time is 12 noon
  • Unscheduled departures may be subject to a cancellation fee. Be sure to confirm departure date upon check in
