“Gain: AIGA Business and Design Conference” was held at the The Roosevelt Hotel (45 East 45th Street at Madison Avenue, New York, New York, 10017). Conveniently located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, hotel guests were within walking distance to popular New York attractions like the Theater District, shopping on Fifth Avenue, Rockefeller Center and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

AIGA arranged for discounted room rates at The Roosevelt Hotel and the W Hotel New York, available to conference attendees. Airfare discounts were available from American Airlines and Midwest Airlines. Ground transportation deals were available through Avis and SuperShuttle.
